The Pre-Visit
When you call or whatsapp Ultimitz Salon, you will be asked a few basic questions to get the conversation started or you can submit a our short request form and one of our licensed Stylist will reach out to you.
If all your questions are not answered during the online chat, our receptionist will invite you in for a free hair consultation with our Master stylists to do a thorough consultation with you.
The Consultation
During your consultation, our expert stylists will attentively listen to your hair goals and desires, offering professional advice and suggestions tailored to your unique needs.
Your stylist will guide you through the various options available, whether you're looking for a Trendy Haircut, a stunning color transformation, such as a Sun-kissed, Dimensional Balayage or Soft, Natural looking Highlights.
After the vision is locked in, your stylist will share the cost with you before any work is started. Once you are happy, the service will start.
If your hair was previously compromised, your stylist will do a strand test to check the integrity of your hair not under deliver due to poor quality hair.
Please note, at Ultimitz Salon, your stylist is trained to be honest if your hair cannot handle anymore chemical processing. We also ask you to be 100% honest in your hair history during your consultation.
We pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation, helping you unwind and escape from the stresses of daily life.
After Goodbye
After you say goodbye at our hair salon, there are a few things you can expect in terms of follow-up.

5 Days after your appointment, you can expect a receive a feedback call asking about your experience at Ultimitz Salon. We appreciate your input and use it to continuously improve our services.

You will also receive an appointment reminder 4-8 weeks after your service depending on your history, to help you stay organized and never miss a hair appointment.
Once you've re-booked with us, our booking system will send you an automated appointment reminder via text message. These reminders serve as a friendly reminder of your upcoming visit and allow you to confirm or reschedule if needed.
